Please be advised that on March 7, 2025, we issued a water main break for the following located on the corner of Walters Rd. and Old Walters Road. Repairs were completed in 6 hours of the first initial call sent to the Call Center, the repairs to the water main break on Walters Rd and Old Water Road this may have stirred up the sediment within the distribution. Due to an emergency water main break at the corner of Walters Rd and Old Walters Rd your water system will experience limited or no service for a limited time frame. Our first responders and repairs teams are aware, in route, and currently working to resolve the issues to restore service as soon as possible. Currently the restoration time is unknown but, in most cases, services are normally restored within 4-8 hours. Please check with your Municipal Utility District Website for additional updates. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding during this emergency outage.
