Revised Utility Update for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 304

Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you that the Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 304 has approved a project to clean your water lines. This initiative is being funded through the water bill revenue received, which is designated to enhance our operations and maintenance.

The Board's goal and untiring commitment is to provide high-quality service to all water bills and tax-paying customers. As part of this cleaning process, different areas will be affected each day. We will provide daily notifications outlining which streets will be worked on, and we encourage you to stay informed. To communicate effectively, we will have signs placed in the community, regularly update our MUD website, and employ mass communication methods, including email and text blasts, to keep everyone appraised of the project's progress over the next 2 weeks. Please note that this project is in the best interest of the MUD and is a common practice for aging districts. Residents in the affected areas may experience water outages from approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The cleaning may also impact adjacent streets, as our current records of the water valves are approximately 70% accurate. We strongly advise you to make any necessary preparations in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our services. Thank you for being a valued member of our community.

Please prepare for daily water service interruptions expected to be from 8am to 3pm
