CenterPoint Energy has scheduled a planned power outage this weekend (Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14) from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day to allow for grid updates.
While only certain residents who received a direct notice from CenterPoint are expected to be affected, Harris County MUD 304 is sharing this information with the entire community out of caution.
At this time, the District has not received any indication that water or sewer facilities will be impacted. However, the Districtā€™s operator, Precision Utility, will be actively monitoring the plants throughout the outage period to ensure uninterrupted service.
